The highly skilled migrant program is an accelerated pathway to enable professional people with a high level of education and experience to gain residence in New Zealand for themselves and their families.
The application is made via an expression of interest which assigns a points value to various attributes of the applicant and a draw is made of the applicants who exceed a points score of 140. This draw takes place every two weeks.
We offer an initial assessment of the applicant’s points score and detailed advice as to how this may be improved either by experience or education or family circumstances.
There is a minimum English level for this scheme which is IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
